What is IsItBob?
A guessing game for two. Each player secretly holds one card. You take turns asking yes or no questions to work out which card the other player holds.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can play the game on the home page and join a friend as a guest. An account lets you keep boards. To add your own photo you confirm who you are, which is free.
What is free and what is not?
Playing is free. To add a photo you confirm who you are with a card (we do not charge it) or an action code. Then you can add 1 photo and make 1 board, free and with no time limit. For up to 20 photos you can start a 30 day trial.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not subscribe, you keep your account and 1 photo. The other photos are deleted 30 days after the trial ends. Subscribe any time before that to keep them all.
Will I be charged?
Confirming who you are never costs anything. The 30 day trial is free, then it is €2.99 / month unless you cancel before it ends. We tell you this when you start the trial and remind you in the app before the first charge. You can cancel on the billing page, in one click.
I was charged and did not want to be. What now?
Write to us on the contact page and say which payment it was. If it was a mistake or you missed the reminder, we will fix it and refund you within 5 days.
Why do I have to confirm who I am?
To stop abuse of uploads we ask people who add photos to show they are real: with a card that is not charged, or with an action code. It is free, and you only do it once.
Who can see my photos?
Only the players in a game see the cards in that game, and us if a photo is reported. Your other photos stay private. You can report a photo you should not be seeing with the Report it link under the board, or through Contact.
How old do I have to be?
You need to be 13 or older.
